Most clients enjoy smooth results for three to six weeks. Hair growth varies by person, hormones, and care. Regular waxing can lengthen intervals over time; we recommend appointments every four to six weeks for consistent smoothness and optimal results.

You may feel brief discomfort during waxing, especially on the first visit. To reduce pain, exfoliate gently a day or two before, avoid heavy caffeine, and arrive with hair about quarter-inch long. Our estheticians provide soothing aftercare.

Topical retinoids, benzoyl peroxide, and certain prescriptions can increase sensitivity and risk of tearing. Avoid waxing while actively using these products, and wait a recommended washout period. Tell your technician about all skincare medications before booking.

Keep the area clean and avoid hot showers, saunas, heavy sweating, and sun exposure for 24–48 hours. Use gentle, fragrance-free moisturizers and exfoliate lightly after 72 hours to prevent ingrown hairs. Contact us if irritation persists.

Hair should be approximately 1/4 inch (about the length of a grain of rice) for the wax to grip properly. If hair is too short, delay waxing; if too long, trim slightly before your appointment.

When performed by trained professionals using proper technique, waxing rarely causes scarring. Minor redness or bumps may occur but typically resolve quickly. Inform your technician about sensitive skin, recent sunburns, or medical conditions to reduce risk.
